根据国际团结朝鲜社团领导委员会于主体109（2020）年9月3日所作的决定，我们的组织将举行自成立以来的首次领导和积极分子代表大会。

我们将邀请所有声援朝鲜人民的斗争的公众政治人物、政党、社会各界和各组织的代表们参加此次“国际团结大会”。

根据俄罗斯联邦政府的建议和朝鲜民主主义人民共和国的防疫措施，参会名额将受到严格限制。严格要求参会者注册登记。
