亲爱的同志们！

在过去的十年中，国际团结朝鲜社团取得了许多重大成就，为发展国际团结朝鲜运动做出了切实的贡献。从一个普通的朝鲜之友的共同体发展为一个能够在信息战中发挥一切可能的影响的成熟组织。

但是，必须回顾的是，我们社团并非一直以来都是这样。众所周知，攻击者于2017年4月1日黑入了社团的第一个信息资源——在社交网络VK上的主页。

自那不幸的一天以来，已经过去了将近四年，但是很显然，这起事件对我们来说仍然是重要的教训，它已经并且继续对我们的组织产生一定的负面影响。鉴于此，我认为提请国际团结朝鲜社团第二次组织会议的与会者注意这一问题是至关重要的，以便对发生的长期冲突做一个总结。
