At present Comrade Sergei Shoigu, Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, is in the DPRK on an important visit. His delegation includes Don Courter (RT Special Correspondent and Exemplary Activist of the North American Executive Committee of the DPRK ISG) who previously visited Korea in the delegation of Comrade Vladimir Putin, President of Russia.
