On February 16, 2025, members of the DPRK ISG Executive Committee in China were invited by the DPRK Embassy in China to attend the 83rd anniversary of the birth of the great Comrade Kim Jong Il.

The commemoration was held in a solemn atmosphere. The activists of the Executive Committee entered the hall of the Korean Embassy, ​​laid flower baskets at the portraits of the Great Leader and Great General, and bowed in respect.

Comrade Kim Jong Il is a close friend of the Chinese people and has made great contributions to the development of bilateral relations. The two sides should make joint efforts to fully implement the important consensus reached by the top leaders of the two countries, continue the traditional friendship created and cultivated by the older generation of leaders of the two countries, and elevate bilateral relations to a higher level so as to bring greater benefits to the two countries and two peoples.

The Chinese Executive Committee activists communicated with the officials of the Embassy in China about the effectiveness of the organization's recent work and made specific reports on relevant issues. The staff of the Korean Embassy in China highly appreciated the contributions of the Chinese Executive Committee officials to recent initiatives to promote friendly exchanges between the two countries.
