On December 5, 109 Juche (2020), the first official meeting of the DPRK ISG in China was held in an online format, at which important organizational issues were considered.

The meeting was attended by Chinese activists of the DPRK ISG.

Immortal revolutionary hymns 《Song of General Kim Il Sung》 and 《Song of General Kim Jong Il》was sounded.

As the Representative of the DPRK ISG in China, Comrade Li Jizheng made an opening speech. He introduced himself briefly, told about the history of our organization and expressed gratitude to the participants for their support.

Then all the participants of the meeting introduced themselves and expressed a desire to actively participate in the work of the Group.

At the meeting, the Executive Committee of the DPRK ISG in the PRC was formed, headed by the representative Li Jizheng, as well as the following executive committee departments:

1. Human Resources Department
2. Propaganda Department
3. External Relations Department

Comrade Luan Xinlong was appointed head of the External Relations Department, and Comrade Wan Lima was appointed head of the Human Resources Department. The decisions were approved unanimously.

The short-term challenge for each department is mainly to expand the membership of the Group and define new criteria for evaluation.

Then the propaganda department of the Executive Committee held a discussion about methods and programs for creating and publishing videos on video platforms like Bilibili.

The meeting participants also exchanged knowledge about the DPRK and their own experiences.

On December 7, 109 Juche (2020), Chairman of the DPRK ISG Alexander Mostov approved the initiative of Comrade Li Jizheng to form the Executive Committee in China and approved his appointment as head of the Executive Committee.
