At the initiative of the Central Committee of the Communist Youth Union of the Republic of Tajikistan, a solemn award ceremony was held at the Official Representative Office of the Komsomol in Moscow for Comrade Vitaly Lebedev, Advisor to the Coordination Committee of the DPRK ISG.

The award ceremony was conducted by Murodbek Yuldoshev, First Secretary of the Komsomol and the Ideological Leader of the Tajik Executive Committee of the DPRK ISG. Alexander Mostov, Chairman of the Coordination Committee of the DPRK ISG, was personally present at the ceremony.

The ceremonial event was attended by comrades Darya Mitina (Member of the Council of the Russian Society for the Study of the Juche Idea and the Kim Jong Suk Women's Union), Alexander Vasiliev (2nd secretary of the Central Committee of the Revolutionary Communist Youth Union), Marvan Karimov (Representative of the Central Committee of the Komsomol of Tajikistan in Moscow) and comrade Anna Zorich (Secretary of the Friendship Club with the DPRK at the University of World Civilizations). Speaking to those gathered, comrade Yuldoshev emphasized the importance of developing international youth ties, noting that interaction between Komsomol organizations of various countries remains a key factor in the formation of youth solidarity and its active participation in public and political life.
