On July 21, during a meeting on the occasion of the Victory Day in the Fatherland Liberation War, a ceremony where a badge from the embassy of the DPRK in the Russian Federation was handed over, ​​took place. The badge shows the image of Great Leader Kim Il Sung and Great Leader Kim Jong Il.

Alexander Mostov, Chairman of the Coordination Committee of the DPRK ISG, presided over the ceremony.

The badge was presented to Li Jizheng, Deputy Chairman of the Coordination Committee of the DPRK ISG and Representative in the PRC.

The ceremony was attended by Andrey Shin, Chairman of the "Council of Korean War Veterans", member of the Coordination Committee of the DPRK ISG, Fyodor Sagaida, Adviser on Internal Affairs of the Russian Executive Committee of the DPRK IGS, Olga Fenina, Executive Secretary of the "Council of Korean War Veterans", as well as activists Pavel Borunov and Tim Trendelkamp.

Comrade Mostov also handed over a letter in which he noted that wearing a badge with the image of the Great Leaders is a high honor and responsibility for every actor of international solidarity. On behalf of the organization and himself, he expressed full confidence that Comrade Li Jizheng will live up to the expectation that under his leadership, the Chinese Executive Committee of the Group would continue to be a reliable support in China for the Coordination Committee of the DPRK ISG.

The Chairman of our organization said:

"This ceremony clearly shows that our organization has embodied the fair principle 'To each according to his contribution'. Heads and activists should follow the example of Comrade Li Jizheng, who, approaching the task set by the Coordination Committee with a high level of responsibility, was able to remotely establish the executive committee in China being himself located in the Russian Federation, and energetically lead its work despite a high level of other workload. Now, as Comrade Li Jizheng returns to the People's Republic of China, I want to wish him good luck and success in developing the Chinese part of our organization. I fully trust him to fulfil this task. The participants of the ceremony greeted the awarding ceremony with applause."

In conclusion, Comrade Li Jizheng expressed his firm determination to meet the high expectations and trust expressed towards him. In his speech, he addressed leaders and activists with an appeal:

"Dear comrades! Let us unite more closely around the Coordination Committee of the DPRK ISG under the leadership of Chairman Mostov, raise high the great red banner of proletarian internationalism, work hard and resolutely to carry out the instructions of the Coordination Committee in order to make an even greater contribution to the solidarity of the peoples of the whole world with the DPRK!"
