Amidst an environment where each passing day fuels the righteous indignation of the progressive peoples of the world against the Zionist beasts who are barbarously destroying Palestine—the heart of the Arab world—the DPRK International Solidarity Group (DPRK ISG) continues its consistent work aimed at strengthening internationalist ties.

As part of this activity, a working meeting was held in Moscow in December 2025 between Comrade Alexander Mostov, Director of the Asia Department of the International Association of Peace Funds (IAPF) and Director of the 4th Administrative Department of the DPRK International Solidarity Group, and the respected Abdelhafiz Nofal, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Palestine to the Russian Federation.

Comrade Mostov was accompanied during the meetings by activists Ivan Kozlov (Regional Secretary for the Central Federal District of the Russian Federation), Anna Zorich (Secretary of the Friendship Club with Korea at the University of World Civilizations), and representatives of the friendly Communist Party of the Russian Federation (CPRF).

On behalf of the leadership of the IAPF and the DPRK ISG, Director Mostov expressed firm and unwavering support for the just struggle of the Palestinian National Liberation Movement (FATAH) for the realization of the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people. The long and glorious history of friendship and mutual support between Korea and Palestine was noted, based on a commonality of anti-imperialist ideals and the struggle against colonialism and aggression.

Director Mostov emphasized the resolve of our organization to intensify work on establishing an official representation in Palestine, despite all threats and opposition from Zionist forces and their Western patrons.

In the following days, for further elaboration of practical issues, leading officials of the DPRK ISG held several working consultations with Abdalla Issa, First Secretary of the Embassy of the State of Palestine in the Russian Federation, a great Arab poet and prominent public figure.

Following the results, a decision was adopted to establish the Palestinian Executive Committee of the DPRK International Solidarity Group.
