On February 11, Rita Tikhomirova, Chairman of the Council of Deputies of the Sergiev Posad Urban District, met with Alexander Mostov, Chairman of the Coordination Committee of the DPRK ISG and Chairman of the International Preparatory Committee for the Day of the Star, together with activists of the local Russian-Korean Friendship Club.

The leader of our organization was accompanied by Don Cowter (Activist of the North American Executive Committee of the DPRK ISG, Correspondent of the Delegation of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin to the DPRK), Murodbek Yuldoshev (Acting Chairman of the Komsomol of Tajikistan, Ideological Leader of the Tajik Executive Committee of the DPRK ISG) and others.

Comrade Tikhomirova expressed admiration for the leadership qualities of the Great Leader Comrade Kim Jong Il, who made a special contribution to the glorious history of Russian-Korean relations.

She gave the leader of our organization a congratulatory telegram addressed to the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, President of the  State Affairs of the DPRK, General Secretary of the WPK and Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the DPRK Armed Forces, and also asked him to convey words of gratitude to the staff of the DPRK Embassy in the Russian Federation.

Then the leader of our organization took a photo with the activists and had a friendly conversation with them, answering each question. He emphasized that young people are the future of the international solidarity movement, and called on all leaders of primary organizations to follow the example of the Russian-Korean Friendship Club at the Sergiev Posad Technical School.
