On December 16, the coordinator of the party "The Other Russia of E. V. Limonov" Mikhail Aksel visited the Embassy of the DPRK with the aim of restoring and further developing friendly ties at the level of his party.

On that day, a solemn mourning meeting was held, organized by the Russian Society for Friendship and Cultural Cooperation with the DPRK (a collective member of the DPRK International Solidarity Group) on the occasion of the 14th anniversary of the passing of Comrade Kim Jong Il. It was attended by the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the DPRK to the Russian Federation and Embassy staff, relevant representatives of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the State Duma of the Russian Federation, the CPRF, the LDPR and the Council of Veterans of the Korean War, as well as figures of international solidarity.

On behalf of the Russian National Bolsheviks, Comrade Mikhail Aksel expressed condolences to the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the DPRK to the Russian Federation Comrade Sin Hong Chol. He noted that "The Other Russia" even in the most difficult years supported Korea as the most ideologically close country, and intends to strengthen relations in the future.

Then the Chairman of the DPRK ISG Alexander Mostov introduced Mikhail Aksel to the new Advisor to the Ambassador of the DPRK Comrade Kim Chun Song. During the meeting that took place, further practical steps for the development of mutual contacts were outlined.

The leader of our organization invited him to view a photo exhibition reflecting Korea's latest military and civilian successes in socialist construction, achieved through self-reliance despite sanctions. At the same time, Comrade Mostov emphasized that he hopes to see Russian National Bolsheviks again at solidarity events. He noted:

— No matter what the political situation is inside Russia, we well remember who has supported us all these years, and who laughed behind our backs or even openly slandered us. Of course, very many suddenly revised their position after the start of the SMO, but "The Other Russia" has always been on our side. It is a pity that lately your representatives have not attended events... I am convinced that a friend is known in trouble. So henceforth you can be sure that you will receive invitations alongside the leading Russian political forces.

At the end of the meeting, the coordinator of "The Other Russia" took several books as a gift for the party library and took a commemorative photo in front of the art work depicting the Great Leader Comrade Kim Il Sung and the Great Leader Comrade Kim Jong Il.
