On September 11 and 12, the Academy of Defence Science of the DPRK successfully conducted a test launch of a new long-range cruise missile of a new type, and on September 15, the railway-borne missile system was tested.
I am convinced that this was a fair response to the actions of the South Korean authorities, which, on the one hand, are talking about some kind of "provocation" from the North, and, on the other hand, are speeding up the development of SLBMs in order to "neutralize" the DPRK's nuclear program. In such a tense situation, when hostile forces armed to the teeth are trying to achieve the disarmament of the Republic, the security of the people and the sovereignty of the state can be defended only by unconditionally following the strategy for the development of armaments put forward at the 8th Congress of the WPK.
The appearance in service of the Republic of new long-range cruise missiles, which are in fact analogs of the US Tomogavk missiles, as well as the railway-borne missile system, comparable in power to the Russian Iskander missile system, clearly demonstrates to the whole world the power of defense science and its potential rocket industry of the DPRK.
