On February 4, Executive Secretary of the Korean-Russian Friendship Society Han Jong Chol sent a congratulatory letter to Alexander Mostov, Chairman of the Coordination Committee of the DPRK ISG.

In the letter, he congratulated the DPRK International Solidarity Group on its anniversary and noted that thanks to the leadership of Comrade Mostov, the organization has overcome many difficulties over the past year.

Dear Alexander Andreevich, good afternoon!

I wish you and all the members of the Solidarity Group good health and success in your work. We hope that this year too, thanks to close communication and cooperation, we will achieve many successes.

A full year has already passed since your Group was reorganized into the International DPRK International Solidarity Group thanks to your initiative and active efforts.

During this time, under your leadership, the Solidarity Group has been active in strengthening the bonds of friendship between the peoples of our two countries and has launched agitation in support of the just cause of our people.

In particular, we appreciate that last year, through your Group page and the Bulgeunbyeol TV website, you widely covered the brilliant successes of our people in building socialism, including publishing news about events in honor of the 75th anniversary of the founding of the WPK and the 80-day Campaign, as well as publishing many materials showing the realities of our people.

All of this contributed to the fact that many people in Russia and other countries of the world receive objective and reliable knowledge about our country.

Moreover, despite the unfavorable conditions due to the global health crisis and the emergence of many difficulties in the work of Bulgeunbyeol TV, you, overcoming all the difficulties on your own, successfully conducted the work of the Group.

We highly appreciate your great work and sincerely thank you for all this.

We hope for close mutually beneficial cooperation in the future, like last year, and we wish success in the work of the group to expand its scale.

As you also well know, the global crisis from the coronavirus, which has brought such incredible misfortune and suffering to humanity, covering the whole world for a whole year, and now does not subside. On the contrary, the virus began to spread more rapidly.
