DPRK Foreign Minister Ri Son Gwon Saturday sent a message of greeting to Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Viktorovich Lavrov on the occasion of the Day of Russia. The message said that the DPRK-Russia relations of friendship with a long history and tradition have entered a new stage of development by the DPRK-Russia summit held in Vladivostok.
