The divisions of the elite Party members from the capital city, who rushed to the forefront for defending the people to which the Party is directing all efforts, created the heroic myth to record a proud page in the glorious history of our Party through the 70 odd-day all-out charge of loyalty and fierce day and night campaign in a blitz war formula.

We convey with these pictures the heroic struggle waged by the divisions of the party members from the capital city to build new fairyland villages in the areas along the eastern coast that had been swept by natural disaster with firm pledge to carry out the noble intention of the Party Central Committee at cost of their lives in hearty response to the historic open letter of Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un.
