The most definitive answer to how our Party and state have achieved victory in every battle and glorified the longest ruling history and great revival lies in the Party Central Committee’s monolithic leadership system. As the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un stated:

"To strengthen the Party in line with the demands of revolutionary development and successfully accomplish the significant tasks before us, we must further deepen the work of establishing the Party’s monolithic leadership system across the entire Party and society."

At the Hwasong Area 10,000-Household Residential Construction Site

The spirit to create new myths soars at the 4th stage construction site of the Hwasong Area 10,000-household residences. According to comprehensive data, units including the Korean People’s Army (KPA) Choe Myong Guk Unit, the Social Security Ministry Detachment, and Provincial/Central Agency Detachment No. 1 are actively promoting interior/exterior plastering and foundation layer sealing work, riding on the momentum of completing framework work. Meanwhile, military-civilian builders from multiple construction units tasked with building over 2,500 new households in Block 4 finished foundation work in a short period and are setting daily records in framework construction.

The Pyongyang 50,000-Household Residential Construction Command is deeply attentive to material supply—simultaneously erecting residences 1.2 times larger than before—and meticulously guiding construction organization and command for all units.

The KPA Choe Myong Guk, Jon Yong Bom, Ri Kwang Ryol, and Ko Kwang Bok Units are rationally deploying forces and realizing specialized construction to thoroughly complete their buildings per design requirements.

Builders from Provincial/Central Agency Detachments No. 1 and 2 prioritize quality assurance, strictly adhere to construction regulations and technical requirements by process, and accelerate interior/exterior plastering, ventilation, and partition block construction for residences. Units in Block 4’s ~2,500-household site are also expanding achievements.

The Social Security Ministry Detachment’s soldier-builders, who first erected residential frameworks in Block 2, actively shared and transferred new construction methods and experiences, sparking collective innovation to complete framework work for Block 4 residences.

Soldier-builders of the KPA Cho Ju Yong, Jang Il Nam, Paek Chol Su, and Om Hyok Il Units are strengthening inter-process coordination, achieving results in newly assigned residential framework work.

Social construction units, including the Pyongyang People’s Committee Detachment and Pyongyang Construction Committee Detachment, are displaying collectivist spirit, expanding framework achievements step by step.

At KPA Unit 124 Regiments

Soldiers of KPA Unit 124 Regiments, powerfully displaying the mettle and valor as creators of the new era’s transformation, continue expanding construction achievements, riding high on the momentum of completing framework work for all assigned structures.

The regiment participating in Taean County local industrial factory construction conducts mutual inspections of construction molds by unit to prevent even minor deviations in quality assurance.

Regiments dispatched to Paechon County and Hwangju County are boldly adopting advanced methods to boost construction performance. Particularly, soldiers of the regiment in Paechon County wage intense overnight battles to unfailingly complete all tasks on schedule despite difficult conditions.

Regiments dispatched to Sinyang County, Jangyon County, and other areas prioritize enhancing soldiers’ construction skills, vigorously igniting flames of emulation, mutual learning, and experience exchange to sharply expand construction achievements.

At the 450 Jeongbo Greenhouse Farm Construction Site

Soldiers and Paektu Hero Youth Shock Brigade members participating in the 450 jeongbo greenhouse farm construction—holding high the Party’s call—are comprehensively promoting overall construction including wall plastering and ground leveling, following the basic completion of greenhouse framework work through matchless creativity and heroic struggle.

At KPA units Ri Myong Hun, Yun Hak Chol, and Kim Yong Sik, building on experience of raising performance by increasing mechanization during greenhouse framework work, they continue expanding achievements in wall tiling, plastering, and ground leveling.

Soldier-builders of KPA units Ri Chung Song, Ri Myong Nam, and Ri Kum Sop devote utmost care to ensuring construction quality, sharply increasing performance in greenhouse wall plastering, tiling, and various facility construction.

The unique creative spirit of Korean youth is powerfully displayed at sites deployed by the Paektu Hero Youth Shock Brigade.

Commanders and youth shock brigade members of the North Pyongan and North Hamgyong Provincial Detachments closely ensure inter-process coordination, completing all entrance section construction and plastering for semi-arch greenhouses, and entering the tiling stage—displaying the spirit of youth knowing only miracle creation. Youth shock brigade members of the North Hamgyong Provincial Detachment advance reservoir excavation and section road construction comprehensively with indomitable heroic youth spirit and fighting climate, pushing pump station construction to the final stage.

Youth shock brigade members of the South Hwanghae Provincial Detachment and Pyongyang Construction Committee Battalion fiercely ignite flames of blitz and comprehensive battles in constructing greenhouses and various facilities.

Commanders of the Speed Battle Youth Shock Brigade Detachment remember that construction achievements embody the correct implementation of Party policy and are important political matters defending the Party’s authority, ensuring all members fully display their youthful mettle and valor.
