The fighting efficiency and activity of Party organizations, which are evaluated by how much they mobilize the spiritual strength and wisdom of the masses,

Leading by Example is the Most Powerful Agitation

Among the primary Party propagandists who are leading the masses by exemplary guidance is also Comrade Sin Tae Hwa, an agitator of Sub-team 1, Work-team 14, of the Toksong Farm under the South Hwanghae Provincial Rural Economy Committee.

Once, a problem arose before the sub-team about having to till a field with low fertility.

While the sub-team leader was worried about the raised problem, Comrade Sin Tae Hwa proposed that the task be entrusted to him.

Determined to correct the mistaken viewpoint of the sub-team members who believed that good yields could absolutely not be expected from land with low fertility, he devoted his wisdom and passion unreservedly to the work of tilling the land, living as if his life depended on it on the newly entrusted field.

Thus, he finally transformed the field, once abandoned by the sub-team, and achieved astonishing full yields every year. His practical activities served as powerful agitation that engraved upon the sub-team members the viewpoint that for a sincere farmer, there is no separate good or bad land.

This is by no means all.
