Amid the splendid realities of our-style rural civilization creation rising successively under the grand rural construction plan of the great Party Central, another joyous housewarming event has occurred at Sinsaeng-ri, Chongdan County, South Hwanghae Province.

The neat cultural dwellings, embodying local character and refined beauty while ensuring modernity and aesthetics, are nests of happiness built by the Party Central’s sublime devotion to fundamentally transform rural living environments and elevate our agricultural workers as enjoyers of new-era rural civilization.

Upholding the Party’s rural construction policy, county officials and builders prioritized design, workforce organization, construction equipment, and finishing materials. Utilizing advanced methods and continuously raising mechanization and specialization levels, they vigorously pushed construction, erecting modern rural houses for over a hundred families.

The housewarming ceremony on the 22nd was attended by officials from South Hwanghae Province and Chongdan County Party and power organs, builders, and farm workers moving in.

A speaker stated that today’s joy is a noble fruition of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un’s world of love—dedicating sleepless efforts to let patriotic agricultural workers, who loyally defended the Party and revolution with rice, enter the gate of communist society first.

He mentioned that all officials and agricultural workers should deeply engrave the Party’s great benevolence in providing new cultural houses even city dwellers envy and transform their hometowns into more beautiful socialist ideal villages.

A discussant receiving the housing permit expressed heartfelt sentiment: "The bosom of the respected Marshal, who unfolded vast seas of advanced farm machines across South Hwanghae’s fields and raises modern houses yearly, is the bosom of a beloved parent entrusting fate and future."

He pledged to steadfastly inherit the loyalty and patriotism of all generations of patriotic peasants, fiercely kindling high-yield movements and scientific farming winds to surely bring bumper harvests, glorifying the new-era rural revolutionary program with grain production.

Honor of Safeguarding the Revolution’s Eternal Treasures

The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un said:

"The revolutionary history sector is the most important sector introducing and propagating the glorious revolutionary history and immortal revolutionary achievements of the Great Leader and the Great General, transmitting them eternally to posterity."

People deeply engraving in their hearts at what precious cost today’s happiness was achieved and how to safeguard it, possessing noble revolutionary loyalty and conscience, work faithfully with high responsibility for years in the revolutionary history sector. Among them is Comrade Kim Jong Hwa, head of the Academic Office at the Pyongyang City Revolutionary History Management Bureau.

For over 20 years as researcher and office head, she responsibly conducted academic arrangements to splendidly manage revolutionary history museums and education rooms across the city as bastions of the Party’s monolithic ideology, clearly conveying the peerless great men’s immortal achievements.

Comrade Choe Sun Hui, researcher at the Kowon County Revolutionary History Museum, cherishing pride in working in the revolutionary history sector, accomplished much over 40 years as lecturer and researcher. She authored The History of the Kowon County Revolutionary History Museum, academically verified and comprehensively systematized vast historical data on the peerless great men for educational use. Visiting revolutionary battle sites like Ryuda Islet, she supplemented lecture notes with newly verified data on anti-Japanese revolutionary forerunners’ struggles, contributing to arming county officials, Party members, and workers with the Party’s revolutionary tradition.

Comrade Kim Hwa Il, researcher at the Sukchon County Revolutionary History Museum, verified hundreds of revolutionary historical data at county units and collected much material for public education.

Substantive On-Site Political Work

Fully Unleashing the Power of Agitation-Propanda Teams

The Party Committee of the Bukchang Thermal Power Complex focused on a key issue in mobilizing the masses to achieve this year’s struggle goals: the concentrated agitation-propaganda team activity.

An agitation-propaganda session held on-site during the intense repair of No. 8 Generator in May fully demonstrated the power of the "flame bugle."

Following explanatory propaganda on glorifying the honor of Bukchang heroes with increased power production, songs accompanied by accordion, guitar, and drumbeats boosted morale. Concluding with family members and Party committee officials bringing support materials, singing patriotic songs like "Mighty Mother, My Homeland," they deeply stirred workers’ heartstrings, greatly contributing to completing repairs ahead of schedule.

As repairs entered the final stage, the concentrated agitation team went to turbine repair, insulation, and milling sites, conducting novel agitation-propaganda matching the masses’ sentiment. Introducing positive deeds during work and appealingly propagating, they evoked sympathy each time, achieving innovative results daily.

Not just the repair site. Under the Party committee’s concrete guidance, teams prepared thoroughly—writing scripts, etc.—and daily visited production sites like the youth workshop and electrical workshop No. 1, raising patriotic and struggle zeal with novel agitation.

Fully unleashing the power of the "flame bugle," the concentrated agitation team’s dynamic activities double the struggle zeal of officials and workers striving to glorify this meaningful year with high power production achievements.

Setting Base in Bustling Fields

Raising Effectiveness of On-Site Political Work

A story illustrates the work style of Saku County Party Committee officials enhancing on-site political work effectiveness.

Recently, the county Party chief went to Kumu Farm, lagging in current farming progress, with county Party non-staff lecturers. Immediately convening an emergency meeting in the field to awaken officials through political work, the chief then headed to Work Team No. 3—to ignite revolutionary zeal by raising the drumbeat of economic agitation from this remote team.

Soon, powerful agitation-propaganda unfolded in Work Team No. 3’s fields.

The county Party chief and lecturers conducted appealing political propaganda and agitation informally, calling all to be true patriotic peasants serving the country with rice. Entering fields, blending with farm workers, working alongside them, singing "Bosom of My Destiny" and the theme song from TV series White Crane Hill’s New Spring, they revitalized the workplace. As time passed, Work Team No. 3’s zeal soared.

Inspired, farm officials sprang into action. Management officials and the farm mobile art agitation team members jointly launched fierce economic agitation activities in Work Team No. 1 fields. Primary Party officials at Work Team No. 2, setting base in fields and showing practical examples, guided agitators to effectively use mobile sound amplifiers for substantive field political work.

Consequently, collective competitive zeal rose everywhere; the farm joined the county’s advanced ranks in farming within days.

Meanwhile, through county Party officials’ devoted efforts—deeply engaging to solve problems and raising field political work effectiveness—backward farms like Pangsan and Chongsong also saw innovation.

County Party officials apply this experience, vigorously waging economic agitation in bustling farm fields alongside county concentrated agitation team members, county concentrated economic agitation team members, and publication distributors, continuously enhancing on-site political work effectiveness.

Prioritizing Education Through Party Publications

The Primary Party Committee of Poso Farm, Samjiyon City, prioritizes education through Party publications.

The committee ensures Party cells and working people’s organizations substantively conduct education—including collective reading of the respected Comrade General Secretary’s revolutionary activities and Party policy explanations in the Rodong Sinmun—through diverse forms. It actively promotes work for officials, especially primary Party propagandists, to deeply study articles and explain them to agricultural workers.

Recently, a primary Party official visiting a work team used rest time to impressively explain an article on the respected Comrade General Secretary’s immortal leadership achievements, linking it to vivid facts.

Education through Party publications deepens further.

Where Does the Performance Gap Come From?

A problem arises when comparing realities at two workshops in a factory.

Entering the workshop handling the preceding process feels like an education ground. Party slogans, posters, and agitation paintings catch the eye; mobile bulletin boards display daily innovation news.

In short, one senses the high spirit of a workshop dashing to implement Party policy.

But separated by a wall, another workshop’s atmosphere feels somber.

Even the mobile bulletin boards display last month’s content.

Clearly different from the first workshop.

Inquiry reveals a stark production plan fulfillment gap.

So where does this performance difference originate?

It stems from officials’ differing attitudes toward ideological work.

Units where officials substitute ideological work with clichéd appeals or view visual agitation as conditional cannot achieve results even after a hundred days.

Ideological work first—this is our Party’s traditional method, held from the revolution’s pioneering days until today and forever.

Officials must reflect: Have I paid only lip service to ideological work’s importance?

And reaffirm: The supreme way to guarantee unit development lies in mobilizing the masses’ spiritual strength—which depends on their own attitude toward ideological work.
