The soldier-builders of a unit under the command of Ri Gwang Ryeol of the Korean People's Army meticulously collected mixture dropped during the frame construction process and produced nearly 100,000 blocks needed for interior construction from that alone; they effectively utilized scrap steel in the substructure construction, saving thousands of meters of steel.
