A round table dedicated to the 83rd anniversary of Comrade Kim Jong Il's birthday was held in the capital of the Republic of Tajikistan, within the walls of the Central Committee of the Communist Youth Union. This significant event was held under the motto "The Great Path - the Great Leader" and brought together activists and leaders of the youth movement.

Among the honorary participants were:

• Akhtamzoda Khurshed Nurali - Acting Deputy Chairman of the Central Committee of the Komsomol of Tajikistan; (Deputy Head of the Tajik Group of Solidarity with the DPRK)
• Karimova Gulshan Nurgalievna - Secretary of the Central Committee of the Komsomol of Tajikistan for Ideology and International Relations; (Head of the Tajik Group of Solidarity with the DPRK)
• Khaknazarova Madina Nuridinovna - Secretary of the Central Committee of the Komsomol of Tajikistan for Agitation and Propaganda; (Member of the Tajik Group of Solidarity with the DPRK)
• Kasim Matluba Rahim - First Secretary of the Sughd Regional Committee of the Komsomol of Tajikistan. (Member of the Tajik Group of Solidarity with the DPRK)

During the meeting, issues of expanding interaction between the youth of Tajikistan and the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, current international trends and strengthening fraternal ties were discussed.

The meeting was also attended by representatives of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Tajikistan, headed by Comrade Zarragul Mirasanova, Deputy Chairman of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Tajikistan.

Comrade Karimova Gulshan Nurgalievna delivered a congratulatory speech on behalf of Comrade Yuldoshev Murodbek Safarbekovich, Acting Chairman of the Central Committee of the Komsomol of Tajikistan, the ideological leader of the Tajik Group of Solidarity with the DPRK. In her address, she noted the historical significance of the personality of Kim Jong Il and his enormous contribution to the development of the communist movement in the world arena.

Comrade Akhtamzoda Khurshed Nurali delivered a report on the “Legacy of the Great Leader Kim Jong Il”, emphasizing his outstanding contribution to strengthening the socialist state and developing the Juche ideology.

Comrade Akhtamzoda Khurshed Nurali spoke about the invaluable activities of Comrade Kim Jong Il and his contribution to the establishment of an independent and strong DPRK:

“Comrade Kim Jong Il is one of the outstanding leaders of our time, who made a huge contribution to the development of the Juche ideas and the Songun principles. Under his leadership, the people of the DPRK have achieved significant success in building a socialist society, strengthening the industrial and defense potential of the country.”

Comrade Zarragul Mirasanova gave the final speech, noting the need for further study of the Juche ideas among Tajik youth and deepening cooperation with the DPRK in the field of education and ideology.

At the end of the meeting Comrade Karimova Gulshan Nurgalievna, Head of the Tajik Group of Solidarity with the DPRK, expressed gratitude to all participants of the round table and congratulated them on the memorable date.
