On October 14, the Romanian Regional Committee of the DPRK International Solidarity Group (DPRK ISG) held a special meeting dedicated to discussing the ongoing turmoil in the Western world in the context of the shifting balance of global powers.

As part of the meeting, Comrade Miruna Georgiana Pandele, President of the Association "Friends of the DPRK in Romania", met with His Excellency Comrade Ri Sang Rim, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the DPRK in Romania.

The meeting focused on the Embassy's interest in working closely with the DPRK ISG and the Association in order to further consolidate bilateral relations.

In addition, another event with members of the Romanian branch will take place on October 17. The agenda includes matters of cooperation between the Embassy and the Romanian Socialist Party, including the organization of free Korean language courses.
