众所周知，最近在第十三届全国人民代表大会第三次会议上，通过了全国人民代表大会关于建立健全香港特别行政区维护国家安全的法律制度和执行机制的决定。国际团结朝鲜社团对这项决定表示支持。
朝鲜外务省发言人就中国全国人民代表大会决定香港特区维护国家安全立法问题回答朝中社记者提问，支持全国人大关于香港特别行政区立法的决定。朝方完全支持中国的党和政府为维护香港的繁荣稳定而采取的措施。
作为国际团结朝鲜社团驻中国的常任代表，我向朝鲜的党和政府提供的精神支持表示感谢，因为这对现在的我们尤为珍贵。
香港是中国不可分割的一部分，香港事务纯粹是中国的内政。但是西方反华势力对此事实却视而不见，编造谎言，煽风点火。国际团结朝鲜社团和我本人作为该社团驻中国的常任代表，强烈谴责西方反华势力的敌对行动。
