In early 2026, upon invitation from the relevant side, Comrade Luan Xinglong, member of the Central Committee of the DPRK International Solidarity Group and head of the Chinese Executive Committee of the organisation, visited Pyongyang on behalf of all members of the Chinese Executive Committee. During the visit, the two sides had an in‑depth exchange of views on promoting economic prosperity in Korea and advancing the socialist cause.
