How many stories are etched in the folds of memory unfolding in the poignant melody of the song "Longing Has No End."

The great General was one who, even on the front lines of defending the destiny of the fatherland, strengthened his will to bring a bountiful autumn to the socialist fields.

Carrying the intention to bring a turnaround in the country's agricultural production, the great General embroidered an epic of transformation on the socialist fields.

In their works, the performers sang with high emotion of the boundless gratitude and poignant longing for the great General, who brought a new morning of land consolidation to the whole country and caused the mighty thunder of waterway construction, overflowing with the life-giving water of love, to resound.

With Pride in Scientific Farming

The great General, decades ago, named our village "Manpung Village" (Full Harvest Village) so that we would bring in bountiful harvests year after year.

Cherishing the great trust and love of the peerlessly great man in their hearts, generations of agricultural workers supported our Party with rice, and in those days, labor heroes were also produced.

Today, too, our agricultural workers in Ryangdam-ri, upholding the noble intention of the great General, are actively introducing advanced farming methods to bring in a rich harvest every year.

In that process, labor has become more joyful, agricultural production has increased, and our lives are filled with happiness and romance.

The songs we sing on the People's Art Festival stage, "Blossoming Workplace" and "Land and Farmer," reflect our rewarding working life.

We reflected on stage the joy of having secured a guarantee for a bountiful autumn from the rice-planting season by introducing rice nutrient seedlings. Carrying nutrient seedling tray props, we performed joyful dances and inscribed the words "Scientific Farming" on the stage, and the audience gave us warm applause.

The fiery zeal to further glorify our Manpung Village, making it a good place to work and live through science as intended by the Party, became the beautiful melody of this performance stage.

When we heard the news that our factory would participate in the People's Art Festival, officials and employees were overjoyed.

Workers from various workplaces rushed to us, asking us to loudly proclaim on the festival stage their resolve to vigorously wage an increased production struggle with the faith and will that the Party's ideas and decisions are immediately put into practice.

Through repeated discussions and while putting effort into festival preparations, we completed the creation of works reflecting the factory's reality and the sentiments of the working class, such as the narrative poem "Factory Rising in Parental Love" and the drama story "Life of the Working Class."

The gayageum solo with accompaniment "Our Mother" prepared by the artistic group of the Ministry of Light Industry left a deep impression on the audience with its refined and distinctive imagery. When we said the work was truly impressive, an official here said that ensuring the satin fabric cut with gayageum patterns within a few months was not as easy as it sounded, but everyone agonized and strove tenaciously to create even a single movement or melody at a high level to vividly depict the gratitude to the Mother Party, which elevates our people as the happiest in the world on this meaningful festival stage.

Thus, they could excellently express their unwavering faith to follow our Party to the ends of the earth, pouring out their sincere voices that even if the ten million people were born again a hundred or a thousand times on this land, they would only want to live in the embrace of the great Mother.

National Youth and Students' Pilgrimage Corps to Mt. Paektu Revolutionary Battle Sites Visits the Mt. Paektu Secret Camp Birthplace Home and Holds Vow Meeting

The national youth and students' pilgrimage corps to the Mt. Paektu revolutionary battle sites visited the Mt. Paektu Secret Camp birthplace home on the 15th.
