Am 25. März wurde dem Leiter des europäischen Exekutivkomitees, Johannes Wittmund, das Loyalitätsabzeichen mit dem Abbild des ewigen Präsidenten Kim Il Sung feierlich verliehen. Das Abzeichen wurde von der diplomatischen Vertretung der DVRK in Moskau auf Empfehlung des Genossen Mostov bereitgestellt.
