I extend warm congratulations to you and the friendly Russian government and people on the occasion of the National Day of the Russian Federation in the name of the government and people of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.
It is a common aspiration and desire of the peoples of the two countries to value the DPRK-Russia friendly relations with a long history and tradition and further develop them as demanded by the new era.
I express the belief that the DPRK-Russia relations of friendship and cooperation which have entered a new stage of development after our first meeting in Vladivostok of Russia would be constantly expanded and strengthened in all fields.
