2月15日，根据朝鲜民主主义人民共和国最高人民会议的命令，朝鲜战争老兵理事会主席、国际团结朝鲜社团领导委员会成员兼信息分析处（三处）处长安德烈·申同志被授予三级国旗勋章。

授勋仪式由朝鲜民主主义人民共和国驻俄罗斯联邦特命全权大使申红哲同志亲自主持。

勋章证书上写明，关于授勋的第937号命令于主体111（2022）年3月30日签发。
