The 12th Plenary Meeting of the 14th Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly (SPA) of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) took place at the Mansudae Assembly Hall on December 4.

The enlarged meeting of the 21st Political Bureau of the 7th Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea was held at the office building of the Party Central Committee on November 29.

Kim Jong Un, chairman of the WPK, chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and supreme commander of the armed forces of the DPRK, was present at the meeting.
