Kim Yo Jong, Department Director of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, sent the following warning once again in the early hours of the 22nd concerning the presumptuous reaction made on the 21st by the person called the Special Adviser for National Defence Policy at the ROK Presidential Office.

Those shameless, senseless, unreasonable and illogical simpletons, who shed blood by bringing upon themselves an accident riddled with suspicion and yet shift the responsibility onto others, and who brazenly interfere even when someone sets up a fence in his own yard, have no other method of taking issue with our due measures than the “far-fetched claim”, as they have always done.

This “far-fetched game” may go on for a while.

After all, a frightened dog has to bark if it is to save even the shred of a face it has left.

I have already dealt with the Moon Jae In and Yoon Suk Yeol regimes, but this is the first time I have seen people as stupid and as pitiful as those riding on the “cart” of the present regime.

The officials of the Presidential Office and the government are simpletons who all look alike, as if stamped from the same mould, and are utterly devoid of sense.

From this one can read the fragility and immaturity of the Lee Jae Myung government.

The person called the Special Adviser for National Defence Policy at the Presidential Office must stop his gibberish and shut his mouth at once.

A tiny fish who does not even know the meaning of the phrase “a brazen reversal of right and wrong” is prattling irresponsibly.

To speak of a brazen reversal of right and wrong: it is they who fire at people who have not fired a single shot and then clamour that we are committing provocations—that is what must be called a brazen reversal of right and wrong.

In fact, to answer each and every one of the ugly antics of such creatures is itself a dirty business, but I state once again, as entrusted.

The project of permanently fortifying the border in accordance with our purposes, within the territory where our sovereignty is exercised, will invariably and successfully continue.

Once the border is fortified, the danger of military clash between the DPRK and the ROK will drop markedly, and many complicated problems will be resolved.

We are not “committing provocations”; we are giving a legitimate response.

I severely warn those who continue to obstruct even the setting straight of a fence in another's yard and who, clamouring about a “military response”, give free rein to their arrogance.

Should their pathological arrogance lead them to commit even a momentary “mistake”, whether intentional or not, then they must be prepared for everything.

There will be immense destruction, shattering and collapse.

Along the entire boundary line our new response means will enter a state of mission standby, and the loudspeakers directed at the ROK will also be brought into a standby state within a few days.

If they keep jabbering on, picking quarrels and persisting in their far-fetched claims, the present ruling authorities will face the most wretched and bewildering situation.

This is not a threat but a clear warning.

As for that, time will tell.

I warn them once again to grasp the situation correctly and to conduct themselves properly.
