Comrade Choe Son Hui, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), sent a congratulatory message on the 1st to Comrade Wang Yi, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China (PRC), on the occasion of the 77th anniversary of the founding of the PRC.

The message noted that over the past 77 years the Chinese people, under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, have surmounted every trial and challenge that history could set before them, and have won successes that command the attention of the world in their struggle to shape their own destiny and bring about the rejuvenation of their nation.

The message recalled that last June the leaders of the two Parties and the two countries, through their historic meeting and talks in Pyongyang, once again affirmed their unshakable will to join hands in building a beautiful future for the peoples of the two countries along the common path of the struggle for socialism.
